It's the opportunity to do your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities:Source and select prospective field staff for live projects and bid requirements Maintain open lines of communication and positive working relationships with field staff on the Operations Database Monitor and update the Manpower section of the Operations Database with any changes to field staff availability / training / skills Field staff pre - vetting including CV and Information Form review and conducting Telechats Maintain accurate Manpower records and conduct regular audits Coordinate, develop and contribute to Manpower briefings and debriefings Liaise with internal stakeholders to assist with completion of Manpower processes Process expenses and mobilisations for external or generic Introductory Meeting and Briefings Produce and update corporate CV's Complete under agreement process administration including requesting and chasing completion of references Any other duties as outlined by line Manager
Required Qualifications:Experience in a (face to face) recruitment role Customer service attitude Experience in writing CVs for presentation to clientsPreferred Qualifications: Educated to degree level Experience of supporting the oil and gas industry would be beneficial Experience of international travel and an interest in world affairs Experience of working with individuals whose first language is not English Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
