Job Summary: As a technical project manager on the application development team, you will drive the implementation of the Cedars-Sinai digital strategy roadmap. You will effectively translate the product vision and priorities of the digital strategy team into detailed implementation plans. You will ensure proper coordination and communication between product managers and developers to deliver product features throughout the development lifecycle. You are organized, a tactful communicator, a problem solver and a self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset. You bring positive energy to a team and know what it takes to develop a highly performing team. Job Responsibilities:
Review product requirements and priorities with product managers from the digital strategy team
Ensure proper translation of production requirements into technical requirements
Prepare and run development planning sessions
Track and report implementation progress to digital program team
Coordinate with other technical project managers, internal or vendors
Implement processes as defined by the governance team
Measure team effectiveness and productivity
Qualification Requirements/Preferences: Education Certifications/Licensure Experience Physical Abilities Skill set and Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience with agile methodologies
Experience working with product managers and UX designers
Experience writing functional and technical user stories
Familiar with various testing methodologies and tools Scrum master and/or PMP certification a plus.
