Responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the Universities benefit programs and compensation/classification program and policies. Maintains current knowledge of related government rules and regulations.
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum of five to seven years human resource experience. Five plus years experience in managing compensation and benefits (plan design and administration). Prior supervision experience. Extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations in compensation and benefits. Excellent analytical skills. Superior interpersonal and communications skills. A cell phone is required.
