Auto Body Collision and Repair Technology (Unclassified MSCF-TC Faculty)
This position is a direct report to the Dean of Business & Industry. Faculty provide students with the knowledge and ability to understand curriculum related to Auto Body Technology. Faculty expectations include advising students, marketing the program, and engaging in service to the community and service to the department and college through committee work and inter-department collaboration.
Two-year diploma in auto body collision and repair technology.
Four full-time years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience in auto body collision and repair technology.
One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years.
Current ASE certification in the areas in which the faculty member is teaching.
