Director of Sponsored Research Administration, College of Engineering-2007598
The Director of Sponsored Research Administration is responsible for managing pre- and post-award sponsored research processes in the College of Engineering. In this role, you will develop and manage critical relationships with business managers within the college, and with other pre- and post-award staff on campus. You provide counsel to faculty, staff, and research administrators within the college related to sponsored research. You ensure that the college and its departments meet compliance standards with external agency regulations, government regulations, and contract regulations, as well as compliance with internal policies and procedures. You will have demonstrated competency in managing people and processes, preferably in an academic environment, and have subject matter expertise in the areas related to sponsored research administration.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Business Administration required; Master's degree preferred
CRA (Certified Research Administrator) certification preferred
At least 5-8 years of Sponsored Research Administration experience required
