In partnership with the Principal Investigator, the Director of the Center on Policy Innovation for Family Mental Health will provide leadership for the new Policy Lab within the Yale School of Medicine to build upon work of the Mental health Outreach for MotherS (MOMS) Partnership to research, develop, support and advocate for innovative ways that governments across the U.S. can significantly improve mental health. In doing so, the Lab will elevate outcomes over outputs, focus on the connection between the mental health of adult family caregivers and children, and fundamentally understand family mental health as a pathway to social and economic mobility. This role will independently oversee the creation and leadership of the lab, including the expansion and replication of the MOMS Partnership with government partners in multiple states/territories, and working with them to advance family mental health. Develops, supervises and oversees the execution and implementation of detailed project plans in concert with stakeholders. Manages several major projects. Represents the project at Senior University Leadership Team meetings and coordinates cross-University.
