As a Client Account Liaison, you'll have the opportunity to provide service and analysis to support the operations and business objectives of the OptumRx Medicare Part D EGWP Operations function. Primary Responsibilities:Demonstrated experience in working with clients and serve as liaison with OptumRx internal Account Management to fully resolve issuesExcellent interpersonal skills both verbally and in writing to all levels of the organization to ensure full understanding of key issues and risksMust be able to promote and ensure client satisfaction via timely and accurate responses, clear communication, and ongoing training / education of Account Management staff as it relates to critical processes related to the operation of the product and consistent with CMS guidance/regulationsResearch member requests / issues as presented by clients and Account Management to ensure a timely and complete resolutionThis position will work with the OptumRx Product team as it relates to new products and services or changes to existing processes to ensure projects remain on track and provide solutions based on client needs when requiredEnsure established policies and procedures are being followed by business process owners and identify areas where process updates may be neededDevelop metrics and monthly reporting dashboard for all activities managed by the department for dissemination to management. This includes all metrics related to areas including Enrollment and Member CommunicationsAttend conference calls with clients and/or Account Management as neededAssist with new client implementations to ensure all key deliverables remain on track and participate, as needed, on client implementation callsReview all internal communications related to Part D and assist with tracking any operational impacts for the EGWPProvide ad hoc support to clients upon request consistent with contractual obligations and business practicesTrack operational issues related to the EGWPProvide assistance with tracking all other deliverables for the department and incorporating into a comprehensive monthly dashboardProvide analytical support as needed including process mapping, expense forecasting and trackingPerform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:3+ years of prior experience with Medicare Part D PDP operations including an understanding of regulatory guidance3+ years of prior experience in a Client / Account Service support function3+ years of prior experience within the PBM industryIntermediate or greater level of demonstrated knowledge in all Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and PowerPointSolid analytical and project management skillsExperience and demonstrated familiarity with Medicare Part D lines of business (PDP, MAPD)Experience gathering and documenting customer requirements in a form and manner to best support client and CMS expectations Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Client Management or related fieldIntermediate or greater level of proficiency in Access and Visio a strong plusExperience and demonstrated familiarity with Employer Group Waiver Plans strongly preferred Careers with OptumRx.
