Primary Responsibilities:Drive Six Sigma quality culture in the organizationIdentify issues and challenges, lead/facilitate improvement projects, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identifiedExecute a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting dataDefine appropriate metrics to gage processes performance through structured reporting governance modelPresenting project analysis and findings to senior leadership to obtain the approval, funding and other requirements to resolve the issueManage Bright Idea programResponsible for process trainings deployment which includes training need identification, preparation of training decks and training deliveryCollaborate well with US quality & operations teamsResponsible for the Quarterly QMS release, release communication and conducting the refresher session if requiredProvide feedback for continuous improvement of QMS
