The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing strategic business plans, achieving operational efficiency, providing leadership and development to middle management, and overseeing monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management.

Masters In Health Administration or Business Administration preferred.
Previous multi-specialty Practice Management, 5-8 years
Ability to analyze financial and non-financial data.
Ability to lead and manage middle management.
Previous experience overseeing Operations and various business function including Finance, Human Resources, Marketing.
Proven track record of successfully overseeing and growing profit centers such as optical, aesthetics, LASIK, and FDA studies as well as subspecialty groups like glaucoma, retina, and oculoplastic and cornea.
Board of Directors Governance experience
Proven track record of establishing credibility and maintaining effective working relationships with Board members, middle management and community members.
A strong ability to drive the practice to achieve and surpass profitability and business growth goals.
Collaborative approach to develop and implement plans for operational infrastructure of systems and processes designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the practice.
