Our PACU has an outstanding opportunity for a UWMC nurse to assume the role of RN3 (Assistant Nurse Manager). This individual will share in the responsibility for leadership functions for this unit including staff evaluations, scheduling, orientation and educational programs, and quality improvement activities. Other requirements: Minimum of 2 years of recent Perianesthesia nursing experience and demonstrated ability to be a charge RN, and/or have leadership experience. Bachelors degree in nursing, and professional association membership/activities (ASPAN).
