Information Resources & Technology (IRT) is looking for a seasoned project director and dedicated steward to champion technology governance, and lead the planning and execution of complex and strategic technical projects with campus-wide impact. Who is IRT? Information Resources & Technology (IRT) partners with faculty, staff, and students to provide essential information technology services that support mission critical activities and innovative technology solutions that facilitate the accomplishment of strategic campus goals at Sacramento State.
Reporting directly to the Vice President and Chief Information Officer, this senior leadership role is the lead diplomat and advocate facilitating the delivery of both internal IRT and strategic university-wide technology projects. Along with a team of project managers and business analysts, this essential role supports successful technology project budgeting, planning, implementation and process improvements to advance strategic university initiatives.

Education Master’s Degree from an accredited university in Management Information Systems, Business, Instructional Technology, Higher Education, Project Management, or any related field.
