Education and experience A terminal degree in health management, health policy or a related field with sustained years of experience in teaching and project management. The ability to teach both masters and undergraduate health management and policy coursework is desired. In addition, we seek a candidate with experience in academic or other health care program management. Other desired skills include, the ability to work in groups and teams, strong interpersonal communications skills, ability to represent the college, and the Department of Health Management and Policy to the greater Saint Louis University community, external health care leaders, alumni, potential students, and clients.
