Teaching assignment will include instruction in related DMS lectures and laboratories at the associate level. The chosen candidate will be expected to provide necessary documentation for accreditation with JRCDMS to include outcomes assessment. Additional duties within the Physical and Life Sciences department could include student recruitment, student orientation, curriculum/course development, and liaison to the external curriculum advisory committee and clinical sites. This is a full-time position for the Spring 2018 semester.
BS in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Health Education. A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of two years of full-time experience as a registered sonographer in the professional field of sonography.
Experience in curriculum development, instructional methodologies, evaluation, assessment and program evaluation.
Possession of Diagnostic Medical Sonography credentials; RDMS in Abdomen, OG/GYN or ARRT Sonography is required. RVT and/or RDCS is desirable
