Under the direction of the CEB Business Manager, the Business Analyst will be responsible for producing and reporting on regular, in-depth analysis of CEB's current customer base. Uses technology and business-based knowledge to address issues and make strategic recommendations to executive-level staff. This position has responsibility for projects having an organization-wide impact and requiring in-depth analysis of multiple factors. Works with multiple technical vendors and manages the vendor relationships.

Duty 1: Conducts research into current customer behavior, renewal rates, conversion rates, usage patterns, market penetration, demographics, and sales by channel and product type.
Synthesizes information into regular reports for business managers, senior leadership, and governance committee
Makes strategic recommendations regarding product lines. Function:Research and Reporting Percent: 75
Duty 2: Supports the forms document assembly business line(s).
Recommends product enhancements based on analysis of data and manage process of product delivery.
Work with technical vendors and manage vendor relationships. Function:Product and Vendor Management Percent: 15
Duty 3: Manages projects in conjunction with CEB's Business Manager.
Functions as backup to Business Development Manager as necessary. Can perform all duties within unit. Function:Project Management and Department Business Percent: 10
Job Requirements College degree in relevant field, and at least 3 years of work experience related to data analytics. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Demonstrated ability to translate information needs into regularly reported metrics and customer needs into product enhancements.
Excellent working knowledge of multiple computer applications, web-based research tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical skills with strong problem solving capabilities.
Ability to take initiative on projects and the grit to see projects through to completion.
Ability to use sound judgment in making decisions and recommendation.
Ability to maintain data integrity and confidentiality of information and documents.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service orientation and outstanding interpersonal skills.
