If you are looking to challenge yourself, innovate the way therapy and supervision is delivered, and work in an environment that fosters collaboration and creativity, then join Ieso Digital Health!
Ieso (eye-ee-so) is looking for supervisors to provide specialist clinical supervision for providers delivering Cognitive Behavioral Health (CBT) with Ieso digital health (IDH). IDH offer a range of evidenced based interventions for clients at steps 2, 3 and 3+ of the Stepped Care Model. The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) recommends CBT is used to provide a system of stepped care, where each step correlates to the acuity of the presenting condition and the intensity of therapy delivered.
Presenting conditions will vary from mild to more severe psychological distress and complexity. Supervision is provided online using specialist software that enables providers and supervisors to view transcripts of therapy, converse in writing and verbally and utilize experiential exercises, as appropriate. Supervision is generally held in groups of three or four providers. In addition, supervisors will be required to undertake case management for a group of providers.
The applicants will have the opportunity to be involved in clinically relevant research and indirect work, such as service development and planning. Ieso places a high value on continuing education and all staff are encouraged to attend the Ieso training courses, conferences and seminars.
