Requirements:High school diploma / GED or higher3+ years of Supervisory / Leadership Strong working knowledge of Microsoft business applications (Word to create and save documents; Excel to create, report, analyze and manipulate spreadsheets as well as present data; Outlook to create reply and send emails)Must have experience with managing multiple operational teams or functionsAssets:Bachelor's Degree or higher 3+ years of Supervisory / Leadership or medical billing, laboratory, third party payers and / or managing accounts receivables experience is preferredSoft Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication (including excellent verbal and writing skills)Experience with problem solving and analytical skillsProven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines within standardsAdaptable and flexible with the ability to accept, create and manage changeCareers with OptumInsight.
