You'll stretch your skills and grow your careers as a primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with the established specifications and business requirements in order to deliver business value. Primary Responsibilities:Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business Participate in the development of business strategy Develop and manage business plans to achieve objectives Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams Deploy and maintain Applications/Systems
Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 7+ years of professional IT experience 3+ years 'hands on' experience developing security policies with CA Layer7 or Datapower 3+experience working with at least 2 of the following: XML, XML Schemas, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, REST, JSON, WADL and WSDL 2+ years of experience providing API Security Architecture 1+ years of provisioning and administering unix VMs, Shell scripting Solid experience and understanding of API Security patterns using Oauth 2.0 and other modern patternsPreferred Qualifications:Agile development experience 3+ years of experience working with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Prior experience working with Government organizations for API based integrations Health care industry experience Experience working in DevOps environment 3+ year experience in Java development or equivalent middleware administration experienceTechnology Careers with Optum.
