<p>The Carlson Global Institute team plans and executes many of the international initiatives of the Carlson School of Management, including the requirement that all Carlson students (undergraduate and MBA), complete an international experience as part of their curriculum. This position will assist with oversees registration and faculty support for our Global DBA program in China. <br /> </p><p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:</strong></p><p>70% Student Services (Registration Support and Tuition Payment) </p><ul><li>Receive, evaluate and organize 200 sets of student registration documents in Chinese, communicate with Chinese partnership school program managers on collection of missing documents, ineligibility, etc.</li><li>Work with translation companies to have the necessary documents translated into English; review and correct translation accuracy</li><li>Submit original and translated documents to Office of the Registrar, troubleshoot responses and any additional steps</li><li>Track all students’ registration materials</li><li>Work on student degree verification with Chinese government if needed</li><li>Prepare and send tuition invoices to students and answer student questions regarding tuition payments</li></ul><p>30% Program Management (Faculty Support)</p><ul><li>Provide faculty support on logistical arrangements </li><li>Provide faculty support related to course materials preparation and translated material edits</li><li>Assist with pre-module and post-module assignment collection and organization</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>PLEASE NOTE:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>This position is temporary for approximately 2-3 months. </strong></li><li><strong>You will need to work full time Monday through Friday. </strong></li><li><strong>Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. </strong></li></ul><p> </p>
