Advise the Management Committee and RNM LLC Members on non-clinical matters including governance, finance, human resources, information management, technology, marketing and business development, operations, quality, compliance and risk management
Ensure that RNM physicians receive high quality administrative and IT support
Payor relations, including contract negotiations, resolution of reimbursement issues, promoting development of favorable policies and mutually beneficial business partnerships
Financial oversight, including reimbursement and relationships with related vendors and maintenance of appropriate financial controls
Legal and regulatory compliance
Administrative policy development and implementation
Strategic planning and execution of strategic initiatives
Facilitate physician recruiting and on-boarding
Partner with physicians to promote and expand relationships with hospitals and other clinicians
Promote and support an organizational culture consistent with RNM’s Mission Statement
Three (3) years’ experience in an executive role with a radiology group practice is preferred, however, similar experience may be substituted.
Prior experience with radiation oncology is preferred
Knowledge and experience in group practice governance, finance, human resources, information management, technology, marketing and business development, operations, quality, compliance and risk management
Strong computer and word processing skills, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, verbally and in writing.
Ability to lead, supervise and support the administrative support team.
Ability to organize, multi-task, plan and set priorities.
