We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Operations Manager. In this role, the successful candidate under the guidance of the Vice President of Nursing and Patient Services, the Operations Manager’s major accountabilities include: managing operational projects; analyzing and organizing qualitative and quantitative clinical, financial, operational, and administrative data; facilitating data requests and developing reports that monitor and track project progress and outcomes supporting various quality assurance, process improvement plans, strategic planning and analysis; managing the office of Nursing Administration and its staff; collaborating with other hospital departments to address operational needs.
To qualify you must have a Masters degree with at least two years of progressive health care experience. Knowledge of project management tools, methods, and best practices. Experience with data collection, analysis, report formatting, as well as oral and written presentation of analysis. Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office and familiarity with other databases and analytic tools and willingness to pursue. Project Management Institute certification is preferred. Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
