The Director will be responsible for the total operations of a residential (overnight) co-ed children's camp for up to 200 campers per week.

III. Specific Responsibilities - 100% The Camp Director will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, training, and supervising all Camp staff. Experience in Camp administration and supervision a must. Experience in outdoor programming, education or recreation a plus.
IV. Qualifications Successful candidates must have a relevant college degree, be at least 25 years old by July 1 to comply with Department of Health regulations, at least three years of counseling/camp leadership experience, up to date certifications in First Aid and CPR. Ability to supervise staff and campers, ability to meet the public, ability to plan, originate, organize and carry out daily and special programs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with the management of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ontario County.
