Required Qualifications:Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent field 5+ years of progressive professional experience in finance and/or accounting to include financial planning and analysis experience Ability to effectively support/train and perform transactional based finance and accounting transactions Ability to communicate across a matrixed organization and influence through indirect management.Strong communication skills with all levels within an organization Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred Experience:Previous consolidation experienceSG&A budgeting and forecasting experienceHyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft experienceHealthcare backgroundDirect business and/or segment financial support experience Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
