Reporting to the Dean of Studies, the Associate Dean for Student Success will provide support, training, and programming to a highly diverse student body, working with students, faculty, and other campus stakeholders to create a positive experience for underrepresented students. The Dean for Student Success will also be a campus partner with the Center for Engaged Pedagogy and with relevant staff to improve student outcomes of all kinds.

Required Qualification Summary:
M.A. required; Ph.D. preferred.
Minimum 5 years of related/applicable work experience required, preferably in higher education, with background in academic advising, teaching, or related field.
Must be willing to work during the summer months; some weekend and evening work will occasionally be required.
