The Director oversees the administrative functions of the area which includes leadership, service, multicultural organizations and student government association.
Major responsibilities: Provide direction and leadership for Student Life; including Student Government Association, Student Voluntary Services, Cardinal Kitchen, Excellence in Leadership, BennyLink, Multicultural Organizations, support services for all student organizations and develop programs that serve to improve student retention.
Minimum qualifications: Master’s degree.
Five years of experience working in higher education; supervisory experience.
Clear evidence of skills in program planning and implementation, excellent oral and written communication.
Preferred qualifications: Experience working with student organizations and programs, service learning programs or leadership development programs.
