Think about service
Does the customer come first with you? Whether it is a knowing nod to a familiar customer or chatting up a new customer, do you go out of your way to make their day while offering fabulous beverages? Do they return day after day for that amazing experience?
Now, think about teamwork
Do you thrive in a team environment where the customers get the same experience whoever is at the bar? Do you get satisfaction from sharing your knowledge with coworkers and generating a level of knowledge and enthusiasm about coffee that is contagious to everyone, including customers?
