Supports Medical Equipment Manager and Medical Equipment Management Plan by working with clinics and biomedical vendors to ensure proper maintenance, inspection, and testing of medical equipment / devices. Primary Responsibilities:Monitors the computerized maintenance management system (such as ServiceNow) to ensure work requests related to biomedical equipment needs assigned are completed per SLACoordinates delivery process for new equipment so that biomedical vendors are dispatched to service equipment in a timely mannerResponds to telephone calls and e-mails for facilities support (with regard to biomedical equipment issues / concerns), ensuring steady communication with customers. Escalates issues to management when necessaryOrders materials and services when needed, obtaining appropriate approvals when necessaryMonitors performance of service providers and material suppliers. Participates in performance improvement and re-sourcing activities where applicableProactively nurtures positive relationships with Project Coordinators, IT, and Integrations teamsPerforms all other related duties as assigned
