Bring along your passion and do your life's best work.(sm) The Salesforce Operations Analyst - DSNP Salesforce Administrator / Developer for Community & State is responsible for delivering and creating solutions that are aligned with business directives through the technical requirements of C&S Salesforce instant, but not limited to or excluding driving onboarding and adoption of Salesforce.com. Salesforce.com application is the growth engine and the system of record for all business development and sales based opportunities, events, campaigns and contacts. As such, it is used to provide actionable insights regarding the stability in the market space to our Growth executive team.The ideal candidate will take on projects with little to no supervision to ensure delivery of final project(s) to include designing, coding, testing and analyzing application software. They will also assist in the development variety of methods of adoption and reinforcement modes including, but not limited to, user forums, user coaching, internal communication campaigns, video learning, etc. In addition, they will manage the support queue to help define the user stories and requirements submitted via the C&S Growth Operations Support Portal. This position will report to the Associate Director, Growth Operations and Technology within the United Healthcare Community and State organization. We support a community of 700 plus users and growing with interactions from 7 different business units. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Core Salesforce application development using Salesforce tools to map business process, implement system automation and integration Full software development lifecycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment, including multiple Salesforce projects Apply best practices for customizing Salesforce and provide architectural insight Take responsibility for end-to-end solution delivery Provide support and help troubleshoot various Salesforce system issues Function as part of a multi-disciplinary team during the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions Hands on coding as well as unit-testing. Successful candidates must have a deep understanding of the Force.com Apex scripting language Maintaining and leveraging administrator skills (including using permissions, roles, profile, queues, security setup, views, page layouts, and etc.) Organize and facilitate client sessions that ensure alignment between business requirements and technical design Create supporting documentation for application development tasks Adhere to project methodologies to deliver business requirements on time and within budget as part of a team Use excellent verbal and written communication skills
