Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience to include gathering and documenting business requirements with Bachelor's Degree or 10 years work experience in lieu of degreeExperience working within an SDLC (system development life cycle) methodology including any of the following: Agile, Waterfall, Smart BPM, RSA or equivalent Minimum of 1 year working on an agile teamExcellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills 3+ years of experience with business process workflowsAdvanced proficiency level with MS Office ApplicationsPreferred Qualifications: Advanced Knowledge of Agile Methodology and/or SCRUMAgile product owner experience Healthcare experience Project management experience Consumer experience Experience working directly with senior level business stakeholders IBA Certification (CBAP or CCBA) Product Ownership Certification (CSPO, PSPO)Working knowledge of CA Agile CentralExperience writing Gherkin acceptance criteriaCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
