The Collector Development Program Manager is a key contributor to Drug Free Sport’s purpose of ensuring fairness in sport and health and safety for athletes, with a passion for education and commitment to excellence demonstrated through the administration of the learning management system (LMS) and onboarding of contracted collectors. The LMS is designed to prepare contracted collectors to perform specimen collections for drug-testing clients, and maintain all collector proficiency standards to achieve any mission, any time, with zero fatal flaws. Contributions include the creation of online courses and certification exams, and in-the-field training activities; and guiding the development and implementation of classroom training courses, live recorded webinars and other training processes.
To successfully perform this role, the individual must be mature, accountable, attentive to detail, organized, and self-motivated. Essential requirements are strong communication and leadership skills with a high comfort level with public speaking; a desire to serve our contracted collectors; and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. He or she must uphold the company vision, possess strong integrity, and have a passion to motivate and elevate our contracted collectors. The person in this role must have the minimum education level of a Bachelor’s degree; knowledge of and experience in LMS; and proven experience in designing curricula and delivering training programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent service and maintain strong, positive working relationships with colleagues, contracted collectors, clients, consultants and vendors
Lead the collection contractor onboarding process: a. Ensure accuracy of contractor prerequisite packets and initiate background checks b. Assign coursework and monitor progress toward completion c. Administer credentials
Develop and facilitate a comprehensive eLearning collector training program: a. Create, revise and cultivate current educational and operational resources and materials b. Produce online training courses, quizzes and exams c. Coordinate webinars and web-based remedial training
Facilitate all facets of the LMS: a. Communicate effectively with third-party system provider and other corporate training entities b. Test changes to the LMS ensuring accuracy of eLearning modules, audience assignments and assessment scoring c. Manage collector user accounts, assign learning plans, and provide technical LMS support to colleagues and collector network in a timely manner d. Assign and track recertification coursework
Partner with the Director of Collector Development to manage collector training and certification: a. Collaborate with drug-testing operational staff to assure accuracy of content and client protocols b. support coordination of on-site training and mentoring for all collectors c. Deliver detailed training and support on collection policies and processes to ensure flawless specimen collections for all clients d. Coordinate occasional in-person, instructor-led courses
Team with the Director of Collector Development for special projects as needed
Partner with the finance department to perform deposit function as assigned by the Vice President of Finance and Administration; complete accounting data entry as assigned by the Staff Accountant; and other projects as needed
