Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) In this role as SharePoint Consultant, you will be a SharePoint evangelist, helping business and IT to develop creative workflows and new and innovative ways to utilize our business solutions. You will serve as an expert, leader and mentor while monitoring for environment health. You will facilitate high severity incidents to improve the state of service availability and continuity and serve as the voice of the business in our current upgrade. Primary Responsibilities:Document all problems (hardware, application, facility, etc.) and takes corrective action as required Coordinate the efforts of all functions to complete scheduled jobs in a timely manner Interface with other departments as required Understand server level, not doing configuration Coordinate the processes and activities that focus on restoring service after an incident occurs Review the work of others Develop innovative approaches Sought out as expert Serve as a leader/ mentor/ trainer Responsible for troubleshooting, handling help desk tickets
Required Qualifications:4+ years of experience in Information Technology technical roles 2+ years of SharePoint 2010/2013 Site Collection Administrator and Site Owner experience 1+ years of experience leading end user training: one-on-one or group training delivery and how-to documentation development 1+ years of end user technical support experience 2+ years of SharePoint Workflow development experience SharePoint Subject Matter Expert experience Incident management experience: issue verification, troubleshooting, documentation, escalation, and resolution Service request fulfillment experience: requirements gathering, fulfillment, and verification Microsoft Office tool experience: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Excellent communication skills: timely, written, and verbal Experience as a self-directed resource with the ability and awareness to escalate when necessary Preferred Qualifications:Undergraduate degree SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 experience Nintex workflow development and support experience Metalogix tool experience: ControlPoint, Content Matrix Technology project requirements gathering, analysis, and delivery experience Governance compliance review and remediation experience Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
