The Digital Product Analyst for UHC Digital team builds andoversees digital product delivery for UHC. This role will heavily collaboratewith their Product Manager and Content Manager to understand, communicate and implementuser-centric experiences in partnership with various UHC organizationsincluding the experience domain, data and analytics, lines of business,marketing, operations and engineering in order to achieve product and businessgoals. Responsibilities:Manage the product lifecycle for your defineddigital productCollaborate with leader to understand roadmapand connect roadmap to sets of FeaturesBreak down Feature requests into MVPProvide input and insight of digital productperformance, especially against KPIs, for upward strategic and roadmap planningGather and build insight from various inputs,including quantitative data, qualitative data, user testing programs, marketresearch, etc., to understand how users engage with product and what individualproduct should strive forBuild data driven hypothesis to informprioritization of Features in backlogCommunicate Feature goals and expectations toproduct team Break down Features into consumable stories fordevelopment Write and gather all requirements needed for astory to be considered completeCollaborate with scrum team to clarify storiesfor sprintWork with scrum team during development toanswer questionsWork with QA to write testing cases and ensureproper scenarios are accounted forTest stories during sprint and ensure defectsare captured and prioritizedApprove sprint for releaseTest releases in productionMeasure impact of releases or tests on hypothesisagainst KPIs
