Join us and start doing your life's best work.Positions in this function design and coordinate provider and member directed communications, as well as internal organization and client directed communications.Primary Responsibilities: Assist with execution of communication plans and programs for C&S Foster strong, collaborative working relationships within the C&S Health Plan and coordinate with greater corporate structure and Marketing partners to develop communication tools and promote information internally and externally Lead collaboratively to ensure business priorities are clearly described and communicated within the Health Plan, and promote positive performance to the Bureau of TennCare and other outside organizations. Contribute content to various website, collaborating with content owners, both from a vendor and a UHC perspective Writer and coordinator of C&S articles for member and provider newsletters, as well as the internal HUB, where appropriate Contribute content for town halls and other off-site communications Request and manage print and marketing needs for internal campaigns and initiatives, where appropriate Research communication concepts, channels and engagement tools and develop solutions to improve programs Monitor the C&S communications budget
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or High School Diploma / GED with 3+ years of corporate communication experience 3+ years of experience developing various media (written, video, etc.) to inform and / or influence individuals or groups Demonstrated project management skills Demonstrated knowledge of our business (e.g., organization structures, business strategies, current initiatives, goals and objectives) Experience in assessing and interpreting customer needs and requirements and designing and implementing solutions to meet them Proficiency in Microsoft Word (creating and editing docs) Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (creating and editing presentations)Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification Experience with TennCare or Tennessee Medicaid Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint with the ability to create and maintain SharePoint sitesCareers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
