As part of the Market Group Systems Center team, manage and contribute to all compliance and operational aspects of the GSA (General Services Administration) Schedules program.
Develop and manage GSA Schedules program, including all operational and compliance activities.
Provide full life cycle strategic contracts management leadership and support to internal and external clients for GSA and other agencies.
Identify, develop, recommend and implement company policy and procedures to ensure contract compliance.
Develop, review, and negotiate contracts, modifications, teaming agreements and subcontracts consistent with company policies and acquisition regulations.
Review, qualify, and respond to federal solicitations, requests for information and proposals.
Identify business risks, document findings and resolve.
Stay current on new legislation, regulations and contract trends to advise management and project team on contractual matters.
Interpret key terms and conditions of assigned contracts that would affect performance or compliance, with the ability to convey information to the appropriate stakeholders.
Prepare standard contract writings (e.g. technical/price assumptions, certifications & representations) for proposal offers.
Oversee and contribute to contract administrative tasks, including GSA Advantage updates, IFF reporting, contract closeout and CPARS.

We are looking for
Bachelor's degree in contracting, law, business, or similar field; Master’s degree preferred
7+ years of experience with federal contracts, including 4+ years’ experience with GSA Schedules
Knowledge of Federal contracting regulations with a focus on the negotiation, award, and management of GSA Schedule contracts; comprehensive understanding of GSA Schedules
Excellent organization, management, analytical, and negotiation skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must demonstrate above-average initiative, self-reliance and autonomy, with the judgment to know when to take the lead, when to involve others, and how to set priorities
Strong customer focus and ability to interact at all levels within an organization
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with SAP and SFDC preferred
CFCM (or CPCM) Certification desirable
