Provides business support, and serves as the Business Analyst to systems that utilizes Clemson student data. Coordinates testing and development of all external interfaces to iRoar related to enrollment data. Performs other duties as assigned. JOB DUTIES:
Systems Operations: 40% - Essential Serves as the primary business point of contact with the third-party vendor for daily operations and system upgrades; Coordinate data interface and testing related to all external systems that use iRoar student data. Collaborates with Business Analysts from other functional areas and CCIT for process flow, process impact, and development of cross-functional items in iROAR; Troubleshoots iROAR and other system issues in conjunction with CCIT and DBA technical teams.
Business Analyst: 25% - Essential Represents Enrollment Management and serves as business analyst and internal contact for Clemson University offices that use iRoar student data. Signs off on all interfaces that provide student data to systems across the University (PeopleSoft, Housing, etc.); Participates in testing efforts during system patches and upgrades of the student modules.
Compliance: 25% - Essential Ensures that all external interface operations and access to the University data are in compliance with University and Registrar's Office information security procedures and data governance policies.
Policy: 10% - Essential Responsible for all user manuals and policy materials related to the use of Clemson student data by offices external to Enrollment Management.; Participates in appropriate training sessions, including both functional and technical where necessary, as well as all meetings and discussions necessary to stay current with project decisions and progress. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma and experience in computer system development and modification. A bachelor's degree in a related area may be substituted for the required work experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
