We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Analyst, PeopleSoft FSCM.
This position is an intermediate level technical contributor applying technical expertise in one or more IT disciplines, under limited supervision. This position serves as the Corporate Systems representative to support Corporate Systems automation. This position will serve as the functional and technical support the PeopleSoft Financials user community. This position serves as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow. This position will develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. The individual in this position chooses from established procedures to address work problems and may choose an approach or procedure for addressing a work task, under guidance.
Assist in production support resolution as required; Define and conduct system tests and system validation.
Assist in project deliverables as required; Work with developers to understand and document program development requirements
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs).
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
Typically requires 2 year of relevant experience.
Some experience in PeopleSoft application support - systems design, testing, deployment and support of PeopleSoft v9.x Financials applications (GL, AP, AM, PO, PC, GM, BI, RE, CC, IN, Workflow and ePro).
Some experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
Health care experience preferred.
Production support experience in PeopleSoft ERP Applications a plus.
