SUMMARY Coordinate vessel port calls in an efficient and professional manner to satisfy the Company, the Company’s clients as well as government officials. Board vessels at marine facilities and anchorages Coordinate U.S. Customs and Board Protection boarding of vessel, as well as entering/clearing vessels. Prepare commercial and maritime documents. Adhere to internal administration and accounting procedures and requirements. Understand local market information and industry contacts. Maintain accurate and timely communications with all concerned.
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of a Bachelors Degree required or equivalent work experience and abilities. Knowledge of the maritime industry preferred, ability to obtain and maintain TWIC along with valid driver’s license. Positive attitude and Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multi-task in a constantly changing work environment. Possess analytical and problem solving skills Ability to manage high volumes of electronic communication, both in office and while mobile in the field Ability to work nights and weekends as required Ability to climb and descend ladders, stairs. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
