As an Investment Analyst you will assist in providing first class service to a range of clients on a range of investment services by working closely with a team of Consultants. These services include: setting of investment objectives, strategic asset allocation, investment management structures, manager selection, performance measurement and evaluation, investment manager monitoring, custodian selection, transition advice and global research services.

Ability to take ownership for certain projects.
Write and review reports in a timely and effective manner.
Build strong relationships internally in the Investment team and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels.
Periodic involvement with technical working parties.
Deal with Lead Consultants in order to iteratively provide a suitable solution; presented well and delivered in a timely manner.
Support senior team members in construction and delivery of presentations to clients.
Deal with clients and other stakeholders (such as Custodians and asset managers) on a day to day basis, supported by Consultants and other Investment Analysts as appropriate.
Minimum 2:1 degree is required along with progress towards or willingness to study for relevant professional qualifications, such as CFA, FIA or equivalent.
Some relevant work experience (preferably in numerate, consulting or financial service areas).
Excellent presentation skills.
Interest in investment issues and desire to deepen knowledge over time.
Knowledge and understanding of different asset classes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to deliver timely and accurate solutions, sometimes at short notice.
Able to fit seamlessly into a team of senior and more junior people all focussed on delivering work of exceptional quality.
Good IT (especially Excel and PowerPoint) skills.
