The Manager, Procurement Knowledge Center is responsible for leading and developing the Supply Chain Knowledge Team executing supply chain and Supplier Contract Module data management across UW Health entities. This position will manage and maintain a data base configuration management system compliant with regulatory, quality, company, and customer (both internal and external) requirements.
Work Schedule: 100% FTE or 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Education Minimum Associates degree in Database Management, Finance, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Database Management, Finance, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
Work Experience Minimum 3 years item configuration management/document control experience. 2 years people management and development required
Preferred 5 years item configuration management/document control experience. 3 years people management and development required
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities • Develop KPI/metrics for measuring group performance. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Strong organizational skills and ability to review/update documentation, processes & procedures. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate skill level in PowerPoint, Excel and Word required. • Direct experience in process documentation & improvement methodologies Strong work prioritization, system integration, data analytics, and project management skills. • Proven history of working in fast paced environment • Experience with Oracle (PeopleSoft), SAP or other ERP system required. Physical Requirements: Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.
