My client are hiring high calibre candidates on a permanent basis to expand their consultant teams in London. Successful applicants will need to have experience in client facing change project and delivery roles within Financial Services, and will also need to demonstrate the potential to develop new areas of business and to help build the firm internally, including:
Delivering (and contributing to) internal projects, including industry insight
papers, helping to write client proposals or propositions, sharing knowledge and developing new capabilities.
Contributing with ideas and suggestions for new business opportunities and the firm's strategy by staying abreast of industry developments
Identifying and developing sales opportunities.
Consulting in international project environments for financial service companies to manage strategic and organisational change.
Analysing business processes and problems
Translating targets into practice
Implementing business models and changes
Rapid career progression since graduating from University - either working for a tier 1 investment bank or consulting firm in capital markets/investment banking
Relevant works experience in any of the 9 skills above
Strong analytical skills
A team player who enjoys working with clients and sharing knowledge with co-workers
Passion for consultancy and organisational change
Experience in project management and/or advisory is a plus
Entrepreneurial mind set and results-oriented
