Join our dynamic and growing team at St. Thomas More Physician Group, part of Centura Health. This is a full time employed position, seeing geriatric patients in clinic 50% of the time and 50% in the Progressive Care Center, our skilled nursing care center. Clinic is open Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Call is currently 1:4, phone call only. Our initiative includes a focus on patient centered care delivery with a fluid and integrated team of professionals.
