The International Medicine & Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
Participating in the strategies and goals to implement business development initiatives to expand CHB's worldwide pediatric delivery infrastructure
Communicating with CHB pediatric health care capabilities, best medical practices, health care science, and leading edge technologies for the purpose of building news relationships and expanding existing partnerships
The International audience consists of primary pediatric care physicians, health centers, hospitals, government agencies, alumni, and leading pediatric associations worldwide
Developing and executing communications, outreach, knowledge sharing, and networking strategies aimed at delivering best pediatric practices
Developing internal metrics and methodologies to monitor global contact, facilitation, and referral activities
Acting as an internal resource to support CHB's International development strategy and goal achievement
Overseeing a professional staff responsible for the execution of International Medicine goals and business development objectives
To qualify for this position you must have
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in health care administration or a closely related field and four years related experience; Masters degree preferred
Analytical skills to resolve scientific, clinical, human resources, legal, financial, or administrative problems that require the innovative application of the highest levels of specialized knowledge and/or develop financial and operating plans for one of the hospital's major departments/divisions
The ability to manage employees within assigned department/division and to persuade and negotiate with peerlevel department heads and/or with external agencies/facilities on issues and programs that impact assigned department as well as several other large departments/divisions
