Valvoline is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our team.
In this role you will assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. Identify enhancements, tests, and maintain compensation systems. Conduct global job evaluations, including analyzing and interpreting survey data.
Calculate incentive plans globally with multiple designs and payout frequencies. Provide incentive accrual estimates.
Calculate merit and rate schedule increases globally, including developing salary structures and increase guides, determining budgets, and providing costing.
Conduct global job evaluations, including analyzing and interpreting survey data.
Identifie enhancements, tests, and maintains compensation systems.
Conduct various compensation analysis, and makes recommendations.
Participate in external salary surveys.
*This position is located in Lexington, KY
Bachelor degree in human resources, business, finance or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years compensation experience.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork is preferred.
