Geotechnical Engineer: Hynes & Associates is seeking a staff level geotechnical engineer. Candidate should have 2+ years experience. Responsibilities will include interpreting field and laboratory test data, and performing engineering evaluations for a cross section of project types (buildings, transportation, dams, offshore structures, earth structures, etc.). Engineer will, also, provide field evaluations for construction projects, will log test borings, and will perform field infiltration testing.

We also perform Environmental Assessments and Transaction Screenings for real estate property transfers.Environmental projects typically consist of a limited site study followed, by a more detailed study, if contamination is detected, and then by design and installation of an appropriate and cost effective system to remediate the contamination.
