Job Description Wells Fargo Small Business Administration Lending (WFSBA) has an opportunity for Loan Servicing Specialist 5 in our Roseville hub. SBA Lending is part of the Commercial Banking Services Group in Wholesale Banking.
We are seeking an individual who is able to work in a fast paced environment and has strong customer service, problem solving and organizational skills.
The position is primarily responsible for assisting with disposition of incoming mail, and management/maintenance of a large inventory of loan file data. This includes organization of incoming files, off-siting fully disbursed accounts, identifying and tracking paid in full loan records, file retrieval from Iron Mountain storage center, and compilation of files for internal & external audits. Other projects as assigned.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements. Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with one or a combination of the following systems: Business Lending and Sales Tracking (BLAST), Hogan, Automated Financial Systems (AFS) commercial loan system, or SeeMorePlus
Document imaging experience
Business banking experience
Good reporting skills
Knowledge and understanding of real estate or commercial loans
Knowledge and understanding of loan documentation
Strong research and documentation skills
Strong telephone etiquette skills
Knowledge and understanding of records management
