Helping members of the office of the Corporate Secretary in reviewing, negotiating and approving for execution documentation.
Maintaining bank mandates and authorized participant lists when required
Team up with the Office of the Corporate Secretary to guarantee information is shared in a timely manner.
Various company secretarial tasks as required from time to time.
Inform management instantly of any major changes to business risks.
3+ years' experience working in a company secretarial job within a professional practice or in the financial services.
Qualified with relevant Academic or Professional degree, ICSA qualified or graduate with business related or law degree
Brilliant minute taking skills
Experience of handling corporate governance matters and regulatory records concerning company secretarial processes.
Experience of Blueprint or GEMS corporate database or other company secretarial package.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
