Support the Head of Digital Wallets and Payments in developing and executing strategies that augment Debit/Credit Card and digital payments propositions in retail banking with P&L views
Working closely eBusiness, internal IT and external partners; own the end-to-end business cases of new-age payment products, including but not limited to:
Mobile Wallets (Facebook Messenger Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Android Pay, Huawei Pay, LG Pay, WeChat Pay, Singapore Payment Wallet)
NETS-related (P2P, bill payments, POS payments at retail or transit)
Re-develop GLF Lifestyle App to help achieve objective of deepening engagement with cardholders through delivering digitally relevant card offers and strengthening existing reward programs
Act as Program Manager for "Retail Payment Council" involving Business and Technology stakeholders, providing a governance framework to prioritise and performance reporting of unsecured lending/payment investments
Maintain a central response to the regulatory agenda - identify trends and scalable regulatory capabilities that can be installed across markets.
Responsible to keep up to date on relevant fintech developments, its potential impact and propose next steps for management deliberation.
Minimum 8 years working experience with a financial services institution, at least 5 of which is in a product management role within a payment/digital banking space
Must have deep, technical understanding of the various payment switches, solutions and pricing models
Must demonstrate strong track record of program/project management, delivering high-value and complex solutions with multiple stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills - Work well in teams within and across different functions.
