Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Administrative Support Associate/Office Manager will work to manage and elevate the front office atmosphere of McCaskey Center and ACT via exceptional customer service and through training and supervision of the McCaskey Center student employee team.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Provide office support including items such as inventory and ordering supplies, submitting work orders and electronic requests, travel authorizations & transportation needs
Perform website updates for ACT, Campus Activities, and Leadership Development
Provide essential programming & administrative support of smaller-scale initiatives for ACT, Campus Activities, and Leadership Development (for example, coordination of Community Service Work-Study Program)
Coordinate tailgate registration and student employees
Provide purchasing and budget management support to the Student Government Association
Position will spend ½ time with ACT and ½ time McCaskey Center
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution is preferred
Experience working with young adults in a college or university setting
Experience with administrative support, planning requiring attention to details and work that requires strong collaboration
Demonstrated experience with basic computer skills including website updates and social media management
