Develop and populate a management system for the Corporate Administrative Contracting Officer (CACO)/Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) to use in order to manage the incurred cost and Cost Accounting Standard (CAS) disclosure statement submissions from the prime contractor and its subcontractors.
This task involves reviewing and analyzing the contractor’s incurred cost/CAS disclosure statement submissions; reviewing and analyzing both in-progress and complete DCAA audits; and analyzing other pertinent data in order to populate the management system with the current status of each.
Deliverables Required Final deliverable includes a functional management system populated with the final determination of incurred cost, direct, indirect and forward pricing rates (by fiscal year).

Applicants must show successful completion of a full four-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree in accounting; or a degree in a related field such as Business, Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, Economics or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
Prior DCAA Auditing experience.
Must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience that included conducting performance audits/analyses of programs and operations with demonstrated ability to determine the final incurred cost, direct, indirect, and forward pricing rates by fiscal year.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite for the purpose of creating a functional management system to compute final incurred cost and forward pricing rates by fiscal year.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
Understanding and ability to apply Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
Experience in overseeing Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) audits of large government projects.
Must have current clearance and/or be able to obtain a Q Clearance within 6 months.
United States Citizen
An advanced degree from an accredited university.
Experience in overseeing audits of large government projects.
Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Familiarity with the accountability community (e.g., OIG, GAO, DCAA).
