Job Summary & Responsibilities:
Manages the administrative assistant and market and project coordination functions for the department.
Responsible for recruiting, training and developing, team building, staffing and managing the support functions for the department, including administrative assistants, executive assistants and marketing and project coordinators.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor's degree required.
At least ten years of experience in an office management or operations role within the professional services industry.
Previous experience managing employees required.
