Provides executive administrative support for the state relations and policy leadership team with scheduling, coordination and execution of meetings, travel planning and reimbursement, correspondence, and materials prep as needed; responsible for the coordination, execution, and record keeping for events and other requests from public officials; assists with fiscal and other duties as assigned; handles highly sensitive and confidential matters for multiple high-level administrators.
Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; extensive experience working in an administrative capacity for multiple high-level administrators.
Experience in public policy, government, political, and issues management; knowledge of university policy, processes, and procedures.
Target Salary: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 Annually
